Konstanty started as a small residential landscaping company based out of Moscow Idaho. While we were initially successful, we recognized many issues in the industry and the “Do-It-All” approach taken by many contractors. Even with quality employees, there are only so many disciplines of work one can claim to have mastered. This has led to a trend of slow, expensive work, with unexceptional quality that is being put out by many companies.

We quickly recognized these issues and decided to double down with what we were good at, pavers and walls. That has allowed our continued growth and the ability to retain a team that is masterful in their craft. Our team members have worked on monumental projects throughout the nation. We can install hardscape systems faster, better, and cheaper than most site work contractors and landscapers, especially when considering our knowledge specific to the design of such projects. KIS now travels throughout much of the West to take on a variety of large, difficult earth retention and segmental paving projects. Providing exceptional site solutions, one block at a time.

  • We use the best equipment and processes to complete our work within tight timelines. All field staff have been rigorously trained and possess industry-specific certifications. Working relentlessly to move schedules forward.

  • We won’t put out any work that we can’t ultimately be proud of. We maintain tight construction tolerances and are thorough in ensuring all design requirements and compaction requirements are met.
• Safety
  • Most staff possess either OSHA 10 or 30 certifications and we are dedicated to keeping our sites incident-free. Our experience allows us to address many hazards unique to retaining walls and pavers and we have many methods in our toolbelt to eliminate fall and silica dust hazards. Hardscaping can be risky work, but we are thorough in our efforts to minimize those risks so everyone can go home safe.
